User profile localization

I want to change default localization of my profile in windows xp. I
want to move all files from c:\documents and settings to another
partition. Is this possible?

"Localization" probably isn't the best word to have used here (it generally
refers to things like language/country settings) so you may have thrown some
people off the trail with your choice of subject line.

I've never done this so I can't speak for the efficacy of either method.
Make sure you have a good full backup of your computer first!
