User profile corrupted

My user profile has become corrupted, so I am following
Microsoft's instructions (Help Notes ref. 811151) for
copying my User Data over to a newly created profile.
However, when pasting User Data into the new profile an
error message appears: "Cannot create or replace NSS PKI
Store: Access Is Denied". I can't find reference to this
error message anywhere on Microsoft's site. Any ideas?
 
You cannot copy this file while logged into either account. You should do
this from another account. If you don't have one create a new account with
Administrator permissions or log in as the Administrator.
