User Profile change

Hello,
I was orignally on a SBS 2003 Network as user ie 123. My network was moved
and left me with no connection after the move couldn't use the same user 123
on my local box due to xp computer name was 123. After renaming my computer
name and copying my user profile into 123.4567 the new user . How do I go
about restablishing my orignal profile settings to the new user. Currently
running windows xp sp2. I've read several articles on how to move a user
profile but nothing has worked. Really don't want to lose my outlook 2003
inbox sub folders, calendar events etc. I found my .pst files archive &
outlook under new user name 123.4567 is it possible to just move those into
my new outlook setup?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I finally figured out how to import my data into the new user.
