User Policies for Computer OU's

Hello All,
Is it possible to configure user policies based on the OU of the computer? Basically, I want to have OU's representing the different locations in our organization. That way, I can have different group policies on the different OU's. But I want certain users configuations in group policy to run based on the group policy for the computer ou. Namely, I want to be able to have a different user logon script based on the location. This way, I can install the printers at that location and to set the default printer for that user. This way, no matter which location, the user will have the printers for that location and will automatically print to that location without having to change the default printer. Is there a way to do that?
