User of my shared calendar are displaying times that areoff by 1 h

The times on my calendar are an hour off of the times that are displayed on
the users of my shared calendar. How can I change this so my shared calendar
displays the same time as my calendar?

There seems to be a mismatch in the daylight saving time between Outlook's
Calendar settings and WIndows Clock setting on at least one PC or between
PCs.
