User Not Accessible

Hello

I have working on a windows 2000 professinooal server.
When I try to logon on to one of the user computer I get
error message usere not accessible then There are
currently no logon servers availble to service logon
request.

I can logon from user.

Whats up.

No network connection?
Then it takes the cached profile (if exists) during logon.
