user name and password in order to access my main cpu

From my wireless laptop, I am not able to access my main

cpu because it asks for a login name and password. the
login name and password that I created with the network
does not work. but from my main cpu that has the router
i am able to access my laptop just fine because it does
not ask for a login name and passord. My main cpu is
running windows pro xp and my laptop is running just the
xp. Can someone assist me?

i AM STILL GETTING THE SAME NAGGING USER NAME AND

PASSWORD. iT HAS TO BE SOMETHING WITH THE WINDOWS
PROFESSIONAL BECAUSE I'VE TRIED THE CREATING A NEW
ACCOUNT AND MAKING SURE IT ALL MATCHES UP. ANYBODY HAVE
ANY ADVISE?

u need the same user account with same password on both machines.
