user name and password error

Hello, I am being asked to enter my user name and pass word when using
windows mail, the one's I have been given are not working and I am getting
theis error message:
Account: 'pop3', Server: 'pop.ntlworld.com', Protocol: POP3, Server
Response: '-ERR invalid user name or password.', Port: 110, Secure(SSL): No,
Server Error: 0x800CCC90, Error Number: 0x800CCC92
Pls. can you help

1st ensure you have typed in the correct username and password. Check
carefully as mistakes can be missed. Ensure the password is being retained
by putting ticking " remember password" checkbox.

2nd if you are sure all details correct then refer back to your ISP i.e. NTL
for help as it is they who issue this information.
