User Name and Password error

I removed the admin permissions for general users. However, I lost the admin
password. I now cannot change any security permissions on my Access XP
database. How do I recover the admin password?
 
do a google.
search for "remove Microsoft access passwords:
i got 46k sites. scary ain't it.
