User Mailbox size hasn't changed after deleting alomost all emails

I have a user with a 380 MB mailbox. We have deleted
over 70 percent of the emails, deleted all sent emails,
cleaned out deleted folder and checked other user created
folders. The mailbox size hasn't changed at all. Is
there a way to reindex or compress the mailbox?

Yes, the size of the .pst file won't change until it's been
compressed.
