User Login: Profile Not loading

When this specific user logs in, there are 3 errors that appear. Then the
user is directed back to the login screen. It does this on any cmputer that
doesnt have this profile, and to any new user we try to login with. I think
it is a problem with our Active Directory but i am not sure. Please help.
These are the errors, listed below.

Paul Bergson

Look in AD on the profile path tab, there is a "Profile Path" field. If
there is a value in the path field then the user needs to have read/write
rights to that location. It sounds like you have defined a path but there
is nothing there for the defined user.
