user keeps getting his acct locked

I have a user using novell's client for 2000/xp to logon
on to our domain(2000).
his acct is always getting locked on the NT side.
Novell works just fine.
ANd it's only happening to him.
He is running XP - with SP1
and has the lastest Novell Client.

anything i'm over looking?

Could be some service got set up using the users account,
and the user changed the PW, but didn't update the
services logon info.
