Account keeps locking itself

Hello,

Early last month, one of our employee's stayed at a hotel in Florida and
brought his company laptop to work with. There, they gave him a PCMCIA
Wireless LAN adapter and a CD to install. The employee has no idea what
software got installed, and when I called the hotel after he returned they
had no idea what I was asking.

The original problem was that when he logged into our domain he was unable
to use Outlook for e-mail. It constantly popped up asking for a username and
password that will work on the domain. He was also unable to use some of our
network drives.

Luckily, at the time he was able to still access the internet and log into
our Citrix server and once there, everything worked fine.

However, now that I've had time to revisit the problem it's actually
escilated.

Now, anytime I log into the domain, it is instantly locking his account. I
need to unlock the account on the server to do anything.

What I've found is that during the process of logging in, it is attempting
to connect to the 6-7 network drives and when it hits the 3rd, it's locking
the account.

If I try to access one of the network drives that actually does get listed
it tells me the account has been locked, if i unlock the account and try
again it tells me that the username and password are incorrect.

I should note that I found Novell's Client for netware networks installed in
the Network connections. This has been uninstalled and there are no
remaining mentions of it in add/remove programs.

If I log into the laptop with a different domain account, it doesn't lock it
up. And if i log into a different computer using the one employee's account
it works fine.

I'm thinking that something from Novell is sending the authentication
information incorrectly but I don't know how to confirm or change this.

Any suggestions?

Thanks
