User gets errors when trying to attach a file

I have a user that is creating mail in MS Outlook 2003 when they click on
attach they get MS error and it shuts down and restarts Outlook. I have
trying reinstall-uninstall, and deleting user profile off the computer.
 
Exact error message?
What is logged to the Event Viewer?
Applied Service Pack 1?
Tried it with a small attachment?
Does it make a difference when you use Word or Outlook as the e-mail editor?
