hi guys and girls .. please help me ... i did everything what i was know. but still i have problem. i take ownership and did everything but i don't know still i am not able to open the file. .. i just format my computer and reinstall os then i got the problem. so please help me. and one thing more i make the same user and password but still same problem... and yes the file color is Green. its mean Encrypted . when i remove it but it's not remove please help me out any one . i'll be very thankful to you. thanks. you can contact with me on my email..
