User Dictionary

I went into the following...
C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows Mail\UserDictionary.lex

Now it is saying...Cannot open "User dictionary.lex" because it is either
not a supported file type or because the file has been damaged.

Anyone know what program to open this with??
