Take a look at MS CRM Live if you need more fields or more tables
(entities).

I really appreciate you taking time to answer, and I have the Dummies book,
which is really well written, so thank you for taking time to answer.
I looked at the MS CRM Live and I must admit I much prefer the interface of
BCM, and it feels less complex. I only wish there were someway to have more
ability to change or alter some of the fields already set up with BCM. I'm
hearing that they may have an additional release with more U.D. Fields, which
would solve all my problems.
