Adding Previously Created User Defined Fields to Forms in Outlook BCM

Hello,
I am working on adding previously created user defined fields to the
"Business Contact" form in BCM. When I get to the "Add a Field"
Dialog Box, the "Add a User Defined Field That is Already Created"
button is ghosted. So, I am unable to access the fields I have
already created, or any of the previously existing fields.

If I just try to create a new field with the same name as the already
created filled, I get an error message.

The reason I need to enter a field more than once is that I am trying
to list multiple accounts, that each have the same data fields.

Please help!!!!
Thanks!!!

It's possible you may already have an Outlook user defined field with
the same name. Because it is an Outlook field, it won't enable in the
BCM "Add a User Defined Field That is Already Created", but the
Outlook field will keep BCM from creating a field with the same name.

Hi,
Thank you very much for your response. Unfortunately, my problem runs
deeper than that. Every single field that I add to BCM can only be
used once. I have added multiple unique fields to the "Business
Contact" form, and BCM will not allow me to enter the same field more
than once. Your continued input is greatly appreciated. I can also
be reached at 928-636-0478 (h) or 928-710-5626 (c).
Thanks,
Leslie
