User defined Custom Fields in outlook

I have created 3 new fields in outlook . I manually filled in all the
information in these fields (about 200 entries in total) and then I
inadvertantly clicked "Reset current view" All my entries dissappeared in
this view but are still there if I go into .general.all fields the
information is there . How do I get it back
 
you need to add the fields back to the view. if you look in field chooser,
are they gone?
