User Defined Charts

Hello,

I often recommend to my clients to create user defined charts that are
stored in grusrgal.gra.
Usually there is no problem but this client gets the message, "cannot access
read-only document grusrgal.gra"
I have checked their local c drive and user rights. We could create the
"Graph" directory at the right place.
There seems to be no problem.
Before I go to their hotline, any ideas where the problem might be?

Sorry, Doris, I've no idea why this would happen, but (for what it's worth) I
do think you're on the right track looking at permissions.
