User cannot connect to network printer

User on Active Directory network gets "Access denied. Cannot connect to
printer" when she tries to add a new network printer. I remote in to her
system as me (with Administrator rights) and I can add it just fine. She also
has Administrator rights. As Admin, I Add Printer, select Network Printer,
select "connect to this printer" and add the \\server\printername, and it
connects right up. As the user, it shows Access Denied in the Printers/faxes
window.
 
someone may have messed up and taken her admin rights away chrck and see if
this works.
 
she doesnt have the permissions to use the printer.

in the printer properties, assign her print , and manage documents
permissions.
