User Cached Exchange Mode Active.

Has anyone see issue when user in cached mode and all
folders populate except the inbox. error "waiting to
update this folder" it never does. All other folder are
updating?

I haven't, so I will fathom a guess and ask have you tried to "clear the
offline" items and then restart Outlook. (right click on Inbox and select
properties. Under the general tab, the button is at the bottom. Try it
and then restart Outlook.)
