User Accounts

I am trying to REMOVE old unused accounts from the User Accounts section in
Control Panel. After going through the proper procedures the computer does
nothing except lock up and tells me it is not responding. Also...when I try
to ADD a new account and then sign in to that account, a display pops up
with the following comment, " Cannot find the C:\Windows\system32\users.hlp
Help file. Check to see that the file exists on your disk. If not it doesn't,
you need to reinstall it".

How do I check for this file and how do I reinstall? Thanks

I'm not sure I understand when you're getting the error message for adding
users, after they have created sucessfully when you try and login or when you
try and create the user?

Check for the file by going to Start, Search, click "All files and folders"
and then type users.hlp in the "all or part of the filename" box.

Strangely it doesn't appear in C:\Windows\system32 on the system I'm using
but in C:\Windows\help.

I'm running XP pro SP2, what about you?
