XP USER ACCOUNTS

I currently have two user accounts: My own user account
(administrator account) and a 'Guests' user account.

When I created a dial-up internet connection via Network
Connections I opted to grant access to 'All Users".
However, when I log on as a 'Guest' I can not dial the
internet.

As a guest, I do not see any connections available on the
Connections tab in Internet Properties. Nor do I have
permission to: 'Add' a connection; use the 'Setup'
function; use the New Connection Wizard.

How do I create a dial-up internet connection that can be
used by all users, including 'Guests'?

This by design. The Guest account is a special account that was never meant
to have the options available to other accounts.

You can accomplish this with the following workaround. Go to Kellys website
and download the reg file on Line 32, left side and double click the file to
make the necessary registry change.

This will allow you to maintain an existing connection when switching to the
Guest account from another account using the Fast User Switching feature.
