Guest Account dial up internet setup and internet access

on the Guest Account
on my stand alone computer

i cannot seem to access the dial up connection
so that guests can use the internet and
get their email

how do i configure the Guest Account
so that it has access to a dial up connection

(FUS). Click the EXE link for a small utility that will modify your system
Registry so that dial up connections stay active when switching users.
Then establish your dial up connection from an account that has dial up
access, and use Fast User Switching to switch to the Guest account. The
dial up connection will remain active.
