user accounts

Please help. I have programs, network connections, etc.
that will work under the Administrator account but will
not work under a regular user account that has
administrative rights and vice versa. I need multiple
users set up that all work the same way, just with
different names and passwords.

Most software has to be separately installed for each new user. You can't
just replicate a user profile. You can install the software in the same
location, but the Setup program (at least, on many programs) needs to be set
up for each one.

I'm not sure what network setup you've created, but the same is likely true
of that also.
