Stop using the Administrator account. Create yourself a new account and use
it. Then you will be able to create a new limited account. You can copy
your current profile settings to the new profile follow this advice to do so..

If the only admin level account on the computer was the built in
Administrator account, then the first account created after that will be set
to admin. After that other accounts can be created as limited user.

Also it is not good practice to use the built in Administrator account for
day to day activities. If something corrupts it, you might not be able to
take corrective action. A strong password should be set on that account,
then set it aside to use only if there is a problem with the other
account(s). Have at least one other admin level account and then however
many limited user accounts you want.

You can copy the data and settings from the current built in Administrator
account to another admin level account, then use that other account. See
these links. Note once the new admin level account is created login to it
at least once, then you can copy data to it from the Administrator account.
