user accounts

I set up a 4th. user account ater setting up my pc
had a problem opening up some programs in this account
thought it best to delete it and start from scratch
i dont have the option to delete it
only the option to turn on and off and change the picture
dont know what i did wrong, but how can i delete this account

Boot into "Safe Mode" and delete the account.

Login another user account with administrator privileges. Hit the Start
Menu and then Run. In the command box, type:
control userpasswords2

Delete the unwanted account from there.
