User Accounts

I set up a new user account so that we can use two ipods on one computer.
From the new account, I am getting an error message when I click on internet
explorer that says
Microsoft Visual c++ Runtime Library
Program C:\program files\internet explorer\iexplore.exe
"This application as request the runtime to terminate in an unusual way.
Please contact the applications support team for more info"

Keep in mind, Internet explorer is working fine in the original user
account.

Laymans terms, please!

Thanks!!

If you have SP2 installed, then use IE's Add-on Manager feature to disable
third-party add-ons to isolate the problem. This problem is most likely
caused by a IE toolbar or a browser helper object.

How to manage Internet Explorer add-ons in Windows XP Service Pack 2:

If you have Google Toolbar, try uninstalling and then reinstalling it.

See this link for futher diagnosis:

After installing the Toolbar, I receive a Runtime error when I try to open
Internet Explorer.
