User accounts

I had to "repair windows" tonight cause NTLDR file was missing...

anyway here is my problem, When I go to user accounts under control panel I
see my old account "cjb240" (before the repair), my new one CJBERRY, and then
the guest account. When I try switching users the only one that shows up to
switch to is CJBERRY. Is there anyway to get back into CJB240?
 
You could try copying the data between the two folder sets, but some things
are registry entries, and are now gone.
