User accounts transfer between servers

Greetings, I'm just wondering if there are any tools/methods to transfer >
100 accounts (including such account details as password, expire date, etc)
from server A to server B? Please note that the servers are not DC, they're
just standalone servers. Thanks!

100 accounts and not AD?!?!?!?!?! that is WHY you use AD!!! Possible to
script but I would simply move to a domain.

Hello,

Use Ideal Migration from Pointdev (Listed on the Microsoft's site). This
tool will migrate all your user properties between servers. The server type
is not important! Here the tool: http://www.pointdev.com
