User accounts "Specified Module can not be found" FIX

I had a problem in Win XP where if you used the default Windows logon
screen, and then switched to Fast User Switching, and tried to revert
back to the default windows logon screen, you would receive an error
stating in the User Accounts applet stating "Specified Module Cannot Be
Found".

If this happens to you.....

Go to Start>Run, and type: control userpasswords2

Make sure your user account is set to Administrators, and not Debugging
Group.

Click the Advanced tab.

Check the box at the bottom that says: Require users to press
Ctrl+Alt+Delete

Click OK. You will be prompted to log off and back on again. You should
be able to view the User Accounts applet again without receiving the
error, and be able to disable the use of the Welcome Screen and Fast
User Switching.

You're welcome!
