User Accounts question

Today, I was going into user accounts to change my
password for security reasons and find another account
called - ASP.NET... established as a password protected
limited account? This account did not appear on the log
on menu and no other person has Admin access to do
this... Can anyone tell me what they think this is from?

Thank you in advance for your help

Thank you, should I reinstall it and if so, how do I do
it? Is it from critical updates?

Thank you again
