Good evening usenet users

I`m trying to troubleshoot a system with two user accounts. When the PC is
booted both accounts are shown on the startup screen. However, if I go into
control panel and click on User Accounts, instead of getting the usual "Pick
a task... change an account etc" all I get is a empty white window. Is there
any way to restore functionality to this module?

Thankyou in advance

Matt

Temporarily disable your anti-virus software / script blockers if any, and
try again. If that does not help, execute these commands from Start, Run
dialog:

regsvr32 jscript
regsvr32 /i mshtml
regsvr32 nusrmgr.cpl

Hi Matt,

If you are using any HTA blockers, it will cause this behavior. If per
chance this is the
case and you are using HTAStop (as an example) enable HTA applications.

Either way: Go to Start/Run and type in: regsvr32 /i mshtml
