user accounts/browsers

The various user accounts my family uses can't access the
internet through any browser other than internet
explorer. We would like to use the browser our service
provider supplies. The shortcut appears on the desktop
but will not run. I've also tried starting from the
explore feature on the start button, no luck. It does
work fine from the original user account. I've tried
Netscape as well, same results.

What is the browser they provide that you want to use??

What's the browser and why do you want to use it?

It is SBCs browser for their DSL service. Netscape will
not work either
