User accounts 3f151ab9 and 388945a0?

What is user account 3f151ab9 for? This is XP Pro SP1a. It is a support
account installed by default. How do I access it?

Also, how do I access user account 388945a0 (also a support account) if I
want to make changes so that an ordinary user would use this account's
credentials to run signed scripts from links within Help and Support
Services?

Evidently these accounts are hidden. I found them by running MS Baseline
Security Analyzer.
