I accidently deleted my original main account and I am currently using
another administrator account, but the thing is, I have had the Microsoft
Office installed within it, and now I cannot access them in this new one. Is
there anyway that I can recover my last account or the programs? I did not
save files and folders by the way, and system restore does not get to the
previous point when the programs were installed, because of the deleted
account.

If you deleted the main account and it's not still in your Recycle Bin, the
chances are slim that you'll be able to recover your data. You can try this
free utility to see if any of it is still recoverable:

As for your programs - you'll probably have to reinstall it in order to get
it to work on your system. Most programs will give you an option to install
it for All Users or just for yourself - pick All Users if you want it
available in every profile.

I checked out the programs to download, so I guess theres no way of
recovering the programs from the main account before is there, because the
website only has file search engines, but atleast I don't have to worry about
looking around for a program to recover the account.
