I go to control panel, then open user account.
I can not see anything inside.
I still can boot up fine, and do most things without any
problem.
How can I fix this problem!

Thanks!

Jimmy

Hi Jimmy,

Expand a new users control applet. Start/run msconfig, click on "expand
file".

File to expand: nusrmgr.cpl
From: X:\I386
To: %windir%\system32

Where X should be replaced by whatever your CD drive letter is (you need to
insert your WinXP CD for this) or the path is altered to match the location
of the I386 folder on your hard drive. Reboot when finished.
