| Carl,
| Type regsvr32 shimgvw.dll and see if that helps. If not:
| Restore User Default Pictures (Line 58)
|
http://www.kellys-korner-xp.com/xp_tweaks.htm
| Unzip the file and place all the image files to this folder:
| C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Microsoft\User
Account Pictures\Default Pictures
| *Application Data is a hidden folder. Type the above path in RUN box.

| I am cleaning up some computers for someone, and I have a wierd problem
| I can't find on Microsoft's web site. When I go into User accounts, the
account pictures are missing. They only have boxes with red X's. The
| accounts have pictures on the start-up login screen, though.
| What file do I need to restore to get the account pictures back? I
| don't mean by using my own pictures. I want to get the default set of
| account pictures back (The chess pcs, the frog, etc).
| Thanks in advance.
