If it is XP Home boot up in Safe Mode and deny file access using the
Security tab to the limited user. You could also encrypt the F drive folders
to ensure privacy of your company's data. If it is XP Pro you can restrict
access to the drive in other ways also.

CAVEAT: If you encrypt, be ABSOLUTELY CERTAIN you create the keys disk in
case you ever have to reinstall XP or move it to another machine. It's good
encryption and can't be broken without a lot of time and expense. MS
doesn't do a good job of making this obvious enough when encrypting files.
Encryption is a good idea actually just in case your drive is ever
compromised in any way and the data gets out. It would be useless to anyone
as long as they didn't get the keys data along with it.
But like I said, be certain you create the key/cert disk in case you ever
need to recover the files after a crash, whatever. I keep mine in my
fire-safe, labeled "Pics of Gram" and several others.
