User account deleted

I mistakenly deleted a user account in windows xp and all
the folders in my documents were deleted. Is it possible
to restore the user with the deleted my documents

No, not really. You might try some of the undelete tools available - that's
if the space hasn't been overwritten.

No, you will need Norton Utilities to undelete the files.
You could restore files from a backup. You DO keep backups do you?!
If not now the time to start!
