user access

I'm using windows XP Professional and have 2 accounts. Mine as admin and a
friend. She had admin also but decided to change her to a lesser type access.
All it allowed me was limited and when she tried to log on to AIU online
college it woulnot not allow her to even access the log on page. Is there a
way to give her this access without returning her to admin access?

When you access the AIU web page, what errors are you seeing? Which browser
are you using?
