Use the same comment twice

in WORD i want to use the same Comment for several different places in a
document. (use the same comment more than once) but i can't figure out how or
if that is possibe. thanks

You cannot duplicate the comment itself, but you can bookmark the text and
then insert a cross-reference to the bookmark at various locations
through-out the document.

Note that cross-references need to be updated. Switching to Print Preview is
often a useful trick, but not necessarily if you insert the cross-reference
inside a comment. To manually update the cross-references in the selection,
press F9.
