Use Proxy Server is checked after booting

The "Use Proxy Server for this connection" box is
automatically checked every time I boot my computer. I am
not able to get to web pages until I uncheck this box.
Does anyone have a solution to this. Thanks.

I'm having the same problem. It started a few days ago. ???

I found this article but have not tried to modify the settings yet.
