Use of Word toolbar in Outlook

I wish to use a toolbar I've created for Word in Outlook...it is a set of
frequently used docs but it'd be useful to have that toolbar in Outlook too!

How do I achieve this? I cann find a way of finding/installing the old Word
toobar.

I'm using Office 2003.
