use of transgressed handle

my application designed in foxpro 2.5 for dos which is
running perfectely fine under windows 98. Now on windows
XP application giving error "USE OF TRANSGRESSED HANDLE"
WITH BROWSE COMMAND.

ANY BODY CAN HELP ME
