use of hyperlinks in documents

By default, Word formats hyperlinks with the Hyperlink character style,
which is blue and underlined. This is a common (if not universal) format for
hyperlinks in online documents (on the Internet or an intranet). But some
hyperlinks in Word (TOC, cross-references) have no special formatting.
