Use MS Fax with Outlook BCM contact information.

I am attempting to send a fax using the fax phone number information for a
contact in the BCM.

I print, select the Fax on Ne05, the Send Fax Wizard comes up. Clicking
Next brings me to recipient information. When I click on the Address Book
button, I get the following error message:

"The address list could not be displayed. The Contacts folder associated
with this address list could not be opened; it may have been moved or
deleted, or you do not have permissions. For information on how to remove
this folder from the Outlook Address Book, see Microsoft Office Outlook Help."

Clicking the "Ok" in the error dialog box brings up the Address Book dialog
box showing no names listed. I can attempt to select in the Show Names from
the: drop down list it shows three "Accounts". Clicking on the third one
brings up a listing of my accounts. "Business Contacts" is listed three
times and like "Accounts", I can click the first two and get the failure
dialog box mentioned above, but the third one will open my Business Contacts.
Interestingly, "Contacts" is listed only once and it fails.

If I select someone in the third "Business Contacts" list, I can get the fax
out.

One additional point. The Outlook .pst file is not in the default folder,
but the BCM files are.

Use Tools | Email Accounts to remove the Outlook Address Book service, then
restart Outlook and add it back in. Then check the Properties of the
Accounts and Business Contacts folders to make sure they're still marked as
part of the Outlook Address Book.
