Use list box to pick fields

Hi,
What I would like to do is take the specified field names from my
table(NAMEPLATE) and display them in a list. I then would like to link that
list box to the combo box. BUT every time a new catagory is chosen the combo
box will have an autofill feature which will be values in which are from a
VALUE LIST. I then would like to link this combo box to another list in
attempts to filter records based on the category chosen and its cpmbp bpx
specifications.

Any way you can re-write this and have it make any sense? Use specific
names (tables, fields, etc...) and describe your desired outcome in
detail. The more info you provide, the easier it is to answer your
question.
