Use default forms in Public Folders

I have created four calendars in the Public Folder area. I have modified the
typical Appointment Form to add an extra tab which holds other information
and saved it to a directory in the public folders. How can I ensure that
when users double click into these calendars that they will get my altered
form as the default?

You can change the default form for a particular folder so that when a new
item is created, it will use a custom form. This procedure requires Owner
permission for a public folder.

Right-click the folder for which you want to specify the default form, and
then click Properties on the shortcut menu.
In the When posting to this folder, use box, click the form that you want
others to use.

Hope it helps!
